1. Scope

These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry, quote request, or order you submit to We Modular Modulbau Deutschland GmbH (Germany). They do not replace a signed project contract, which will contain the binding terms for any specific build.

2. Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this site are indicative and exclude delivery, which is quoted by delivery address. Private buyers are charged VAT at the rate of their own country of delivery (shown in the configurator once you select it; 19% German VAT by default). Business purchases within the EU may not be subject to VAT (reverse charge).
A formal offer is issued after we have reviewed your configuration and confirmed that access to your plot is possible. It becomes binding only through the signed contract.
Prices shown in the configurator are subject to site survey, delivery address, and final specification.

3. Ordering process

Our standard process (choose and configure your model, receive a formal offer, accept it and pay the design deposit, obtain the build permit through your local architect, sign the contract once the permit is issued, then manufacture, delivery and assembly) is described on our How it works page. Lead times quoted are estimates and depend on the build permit, site conditions and specification changes.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation terms, including any deposit forfeiture once manufacturing has begun, will be set out in your individual project contract.

5. Warranty

Warranty terms are confirmed in your project contract, in line with standard construction warranty practice in your country of delivery.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Subject to that, our liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by Bulgarian and EU law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. For our German subsidiary's dealings, German law applies where mandatory consumer protection rules require it.
