1. How we use AI

We use AI tools to help draft and design parts of this website, assist with customer enquiries, and support internal design and engineering workflows (including Building Information Modeling). AI is a tool our team directs and reviews — it does not make final decisions on your project, pricing, or contract terms without human sign-off.

2. What this means for you

• Any quote, offer, or contract you receive from us has been reviewed by a member of our team.
• If you interact with an AI-assisted chat or form on this site, you can always request to speak with a person directly.
• Imagery on this site includes both real photography of our factory, team, and product renders, and computer-generated renders used for illustrative purposes — renders are labelled as such where it matters for a purchase decision.

3. Your data and AI

We do not use the personal data you submit through our forms to train third-party AI models. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
